I had problems with these lights as soon as I got them. I used the remote control to dim them to the lowest setting and they stopped working until I unplugged, then re-plugged them into the wall socket. Only on the second to lowest setting would they remain on. It was easier to just use that setting rather than contact the company for a replacement. Then this week they stopped working all together. I tried the remote control, then tried the manual switch, then tried both those at a different electrical socket, no good. Only lasted 3 months. Very disappointed. Don’t bother with these.

These are light enough to hang with thumbtacks if u didnt want to struggle with command hooks. I dropped them once or twice and thankfully they didnt break. Ive bought bulbs from michaels that shatter if they touch each other. The brightness of these are stronger than your average string lights. Grateful for the length of the cord that leads to the battery box. The box it came in was also cute. Love the different features. I never write reviews but had to for these bulbs!

I bought the YOLIGHT Wishing Ball Curtain Lights for a cozy addition to my bedroom, and they’re absolutely perfect! The lights come with a remote, which makes it super convenient to adjust brightness and choose between twinkling modes. They’re USB-powered, so I don’t have to worry about replacing batteries all the time, though they work on battery power too if needed. Easy to hang and with plenty of length for a window or wall. Have had these lights up for about 5 months and they are beautiful and no issues so far. Had ordered similar “lightbulb string lights) from 2 other companies and these were the only ones that were good (eg. One of the sets from a different company made an electrical buzzing sound when on… This one is silent!). Only downside is that I have to turn them on using the remote control every time; I had hoped that I could plug into an outlet with a switch and operate using the switch but that’s not possible. That being said, the company was never misleading about this.
I saw other reviewers saying you can’t change the length of the strands; technically, the product is not designed to allow for this, but if you’re careful, you can remove the “screw in” part of the bulb, carefully unwind the wire with the lights on it from where it meets the bracket, and either pull more wire out (if you want a longer strand) or feed some wire into the clear “bulb” part if you want a shorter strand. Then re twist the wire around the bracket and re-attach the screw in part. The number of little lights within the bulb you modified will increase/decrease accordingly but not noticeable.
Also – I didn’t struggle with the lights tangling when I was hanging them but that’s because I gently laid out the full length across bed first and was very careful when placing them over my hooks. I could see it becoming a nightmare if you just dive in so I would be patient and organize them right from the start 👍

These lights are gorgeous and give such a neat vibe to any room. They are easy to hang up and seem durable so far as long as you aren’t knocking them constantly (as the bulbs are also delicate and light). The only comment I would give is that some of the modes are extremely aggressive (picture being in a rave) so only one or two of the modes is actually useable for an average person or room but that is really all you need.

These lights make my small bedroom feel so warm, inviting, and cozy. The remote lets me control how bright they are and how much I want them to flash. I prefer to keep them at a slow glow for some nice ambiance.
You can do whatever you like with these bedroom string lights. I tied mine to make the strings shorter, but they can be hung longer. There are little hooks above each light if you want to hook them onto a rod. Also, since the lights rely on batteries, you don’t have to worry about placing them near an outlet (extra helpful if you’re like me and have a room short on its number of outlets.)
Highly recommend these fun little lights for a simple way to add some golden ambiance to a little room.

Remote seems used and doesn’t work at all. Lights look nice but removing stars because of the quality, timer functions are not usable at all

These lights are beautiful and very easy to put up- also love the remote function. However, the orange is not at all like pictured. It’s not a warm amber glow, it’s bright Halloween orange. Keeping these up for fall and then will change
