We are very happy with our strands of Ollny lights. Easy to put on, bright (and dimmable), multiple color options are our favorite quality. That said, one of our two sets had what seemed to be a non-working remote. I emailed. The immediate response was thorough, helpful and a replacement was sent ASAP without us needing to return the original.
They care about their products being quality and their service is outstanding.

I like that these lights have so many options with white or colored lights and also has a dimming effect. My only shortfall with these would be that there’s no “breathing” effect for the white lights which would be what I would use it for most. I don’t want flashing strobe lights but would really have appreciated a slow “breathing” of the white lights to make my tree shimmer.
UPDATE: My lights stopped working after 2 months of storing them. I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement. Very happy with the company and their one year warranty, the new lights work great. They are such a beautiful product, I really prefer these over the traditional tree light bulbs that are more pointy, these feel more magical.

If you ask a question more then once they block you. They give you the same answer and then will not respond. I was direct in my questions because I was getting odd responses and unclear communication.
I asked for clarification when i followed up they blocked my email address.
We have purchased seven sets of these lights and have 3 free sets, and have been customers for 5 years and dedicated to their products. The control boxes KEEP going out and when you tell them they are out they at one point were good about customer service.
NOW not so much. They treat you like you are being dishonest about Christmas lights. They ask you to jump through hoops even though you already gave them everything they asked for (order numbers and links). Then to top it all off when you ask them to stand behind the warranty on their website and amazon, or ask for a supervisor because you need the issue solved; they BLOCK your email address. This is absolutely the worst customer service.
I was willing to work with them. We have 5 sets out because of rain and snow. All brand new. Two were free from filling out there surveys as a good customer, they will not guarantee those, FYI. Then we bought three new sets and all three sets are out the same problems as before the white boxes do not work because of weather (rain and snow).
My original email had everything, I sent them all our order numbers, I sent them our address, they said they would only send one replacement set. I asked why and if they could not answer it to escalate me to a supervisor and I was blocked.
I did say we were not able to resolve the issue I would leave feedback for others here. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THE WARRANTY!!!!! THEY WILL ONLY REPLACE ONE SET!!!. I do not even want the whole set just send me the replacement white boxes. That is the broken piece I have no need for all the extra lights. Beware of buying.

I got the 620 lights. I have a 7ft tree and it is very wide and full all the way around. I put my light very close together as I like my tree filled with lights all around and I still had some left over and had to go back down the tree. They are bright and beautiful and I love the different setting (except the flashing lol ). tHaving the option to dim is also very nice. Seems to be of good quality but I haven’t had them long enough to see how well they last. Over all so far though I really like them.

We bought these and put them up last year. They are small and not very noticeable when off so we left them up all year. The video I posted is from tonight, a year later. They still work great. I have a 1900sq ft house not including the garage and these wrapped almost all the way around including the garage. I like all the different patterns to choose from. My only complaint was that the remote never worked. But you can control them from the plug in that has the button on it also to choose patterns for color and flashing. These are worth the money if you want something easy to install and different colors.
