Wow! This is the first brush cleanser that I used that dissolves all the make up out in one pass. Every other time I’ve cleaned brushes with regular soap I’d have to swirl and swirl them, rinse and repeat several times. This gets most brushes completely clean in just a few swirls and one rinse. I put a dime-size on a silicone pad, wet the brush, swirl for about 15 seconds then rinse. My most clogged foundation brush took 2 swirls and rinses to get fully clean but overall this works better than anything I’ve ever used. It doesn’t have a scent (or it’s so light that I can’t smell it) and brushes come out perfectly clean and soft with no lingering scent or residue. Will definitely keep buying this for sure.

I have rosacea, so I use mineral powder. I have two general makeup brushes that I use basically every day. It was a pain to wash them out. I was using my old herbal essence shampoo to clean them, but it always irritated my face and didn’t really get the powder out very well.
This shampoo does the trick. A little goes a long way, and it washes away the gunk quickly. It doesn’t leave behind any scent at all and my brushes feel almost new. I just wet them, add a small drizzle of this shampoo, and then agitate the bristles with my fingers. I rinse them well, squeeze the excess with a clean washcloth, finger fluff them and put them back in their jar. They’re dry by the next day. I’m really happy that I found this stuff. It makes washing my brushes feel simple, whereas before it was such a chore. I hope they keep making this stuff for quite a while.

I think this product has a very good price point, and obviously I like that it doesn’t smell like chemicals as many brush cleaners do. It cleaned my brushes pretty well — it didn’t get all of the old stains out, but it did a good job. I wouldn’t use this on very high quality, expensive brushes, mostly because of how you need to use it. You have to be a little more rough with the bristles than you would using a more high end makeup brush cleaner. You also kinda end up getting the whole brush wet, and in order to preserve your brushes, it’s best to try to only get the bristles wet and not the place where it connects to the handle.
That being said, I don’t have any high end brushes. Mine are mostly e.l.f. with an occasional amazon brush here and there. So I don’t mind using this stuff. I especially like it on sponges. I used it to clean my very dirty maybelline fit me pressed powder sponge and it is now almost completely white. I also purchase inexpensive beauty blender-like sponges in 6-packs on amazon, and this cleaned those well too. Make sure you squeeze a lot with those; you’ll get a ton of dirty water to come out :).
I like this and will purchase again for just regular drugstore makeup brush use. If I ever invest in a nice professional set of brushes though, I’m going to look for something else.

The actual amazingnesssss on this product is concerning.
I love love love it. It did not take long for me to clean my brushes, you don’t need to put a huge amount. Before I cleaned them I tried to use normal shampoo just to see the difference and I couldn’t believe how much make up came off with using this compared to normal soap/shampoo. It’s a decent size. A bit expensive but definitely worth the price. Works amazing.

I started off ordering 2 bottles of the Eco brush cleaner “shampoo.” I canceled that order & ordered only 1 bottle bc after I read the part where it said brush “shampoo” after placing my order. I’d seen alot of dif brands of makeup brush cleaners & have bought dif brands & when I ran out I used shampoo in a bowl & it worked ok. Most brush cleaners weren’t “shampoo”, they were thin & it took alot of it to clean only a few brushes & 2 sponges took half a bottle. Out of all the brush cleaners I’ve used none of them were thick like shampoo & it says on the bottle “brush cleaning shampoo.” This brush cleaner is thick, thicker than shampoo & a little goes a long way, if you run out use shampoo but I believe that the brush cleaner is a little better than using regular shampoo bc it’s made w/ingred that actually break down the oils & chemicals that cosmetics are made of, I don’t think that reg shampoo has the ingredients to break down the impurities & bacteria that can build up in your makeup sponges & brushes. That being said, I had to use it right away & it worked much better than any “brush cleaner” I’ve tried. It came in the mail today. It’s very thick, not much fragrance but is so awesome in breaking down the products in makeup. I washed my sponges & they looked brand new & I havent cleaned them in months. The last time I cleaned my brushes & sponges they didnt come clean, the dif cleaners & shampoo I’ve used I could still see makeup residue on my sponges & brushes. I’ve been saying this lately abt buying cosmetics & anything from cosmetic family like cleaners, any makeup, face creams, lotions, perfume, body oils or perfume oils, etc… If you’ve been shopping from an online/box store, Ulta store, where you have a membership & pay those high interest rates please, please check out Amazon b4 buying any of these items. Amazon has major name brands. I have some expensive makeup brushs & some not so expensive but using brush cleaner, it conditions & keeps your bristles soft & they will last a long time. You’ll find something that you prob didn’t expect, I’m almost sure of that. I wish I could do price comparison in my reviews but I don’t think that it’s allowed. I know that you’ll save alot of money in the price of cosmetics & shipping & in interest rates compared to online clubs/ membership fees & when you really like a product if Amazon is out they will notify you when it’s in stock or give you alternative choices. Amazon also has coupon prices so you need to look for that as well. I’ve given bad reviews & sent things back & the return policy with Amazon is great & free, if you dont like it you can always return it!
You won’t regret buying this “brush shampoo”, it’s made to break down the chemicals & it really does work.

Es mi primera vez usando este limpiador de brochas y estoy fascinada de lo fácil que es quitarle el maquillaje a mis brochas y beautyblender . Quedan súper limpias sin mucho esfuerzo. Definitivamente voy a comprarlo otra vez.

Bästa jag testat hittills, rengör borstarna på sekunder med lite förbrukning dessutom. Väldigt nöjd och rekommenderar den. Ska köpa mer när den tar slut.

This is a miracle product – no joke. I am the kind of person who likes to use beauty sponges for blending makeup – but they are a pain to clean . This works like magic – and cleans perfectly. Also great for makeup brushes – but its perfect for quick and easy cleaning of beauty sponges

This worked really well to clean my makeup brushes. I use these 2 daily so they need regular cleaning. The soap was easy to apply, lathered some, and got lots of makeup out. I wet the brushes and added soap. I added the soap a few times and alternated which brush I cleaned while the other brush sat with soap on it. This worked well and only took a few minutes.

Bought these for my makeup brushes and this soap gets everything out. It’s really great to keep your brushes clean and in working condition. I actually bought some brushes from this brand and was impressed by the quality for the price. Highly recommend this soap and I suggest you check out their other products as well.

I needed a makeup brush shampoo since regular soap just wasn’t cutting it to get out the cosplay makeup on my brushes and so I got this. It’s OK for getting rid of cosplay makeup but it takes several washes to get all of it out. Better than just regular soap, but it’s no miracle.
With regular makeup, even when you wash them right after use, it still takes several washes, though not as many as with cosplay makeup. Honestly, this works best for powder makeups like eyeshadow, but anything liquid is tough.
For the price, you get a pretty good amount of product even with all the washes I still have a little over half left and I bought this a few months ago. So if you have time on your hands and want something cheap, this is an okay buy. If not, you should invest in a better makeup brush shampoo.

This is by far my favourite brush wash out there. It doesn’t take a lot to go a lot way.
I really love how well it cleans my brushes, no matter how dirty they may be, and even the ones that are tough to clean!
The price is very reasonable for two bottles and they will last you a long time.
The only thing I will say is it can be a little hard to squeeze the some of the liquid out of the bottle at times. It’s due to the consistency of the liquid but also the type of lid it has. I often also find sometimes when lifting it back up. Some drips down, so I do need to wipe off my bottle once I’m done with the washing. Not much drips down but enough to make it on the sides of the bottle. So the packaging it the only issue I do have at times but isn’t a deal breaker or huge issue for me; but may be for some.
Other wise I have absolutely zero complaints about the wash itself. It’s amazing!
I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reasonably priced wash, as well as something that’s good quality I would highly say yes to this! I’ve already been a repeat buyer for about a year now, and I don’t think anything would change that!
